How do I join an existing SmartDeploy account?

  1. Go to, and click Sign in in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click Don’t have an account? Create one or go directly to
  3. Enter your first and last name and your email address, check the box for I agree to the terms and privacy policy, and then click Register & Download.
  4. Open your mailbox and locate your verification email (if you cannot locate your verification email, be sure to check your Spam/Junk E-Mail folder, and add to your approved senders list).
  5. Return to your browser window and enter the activation code, your title, your phone number, and a password. Then, click Confirm Account.
  6. Click Join an existing company.
  7. Specify the email address of an account administrator who is already registered under your company, and then click Request Access. Your administrator will be notified of your request to join the company.
  8. Once your administrator has approved your account, you’ll receive an email notifying you that you can begin using SmartDeploy - and you may then log into the SmartDeploy console and customer portal using your new account.
