On the SmartDeploy console host, you can open the Windows Services console and check to confirm that the SmartDeploy API Service is running and set to start automatically:
The SmartDeploy API Service has a dependency on the MongoDB Server (MongoDB) service, so you can check to confirm that this service is running and set to Automatic startup as well.
And finally, you can open a web browser on the console host and navigate to https://localhost:8080/Health.
If the SmartDeploy API Service is running and responsive, you should see a window that simply says, "Healthy".
