If you receive the error message "Unable to authenticate with the provided SmartDeploy Api Service URL” you can follow these steps to
- Open Services.msc and confirm that the MongoDB Service and SmartDeploy Api Service are running.
- Open a browser and browse to https://localhost:8080/Health to confirm the console service is running correctly.
- On the SmartDeploy console logon page, expand Advanced and confirm the correct URI is set; https://localhost:8080.
- Re-try logging onto the SmartDeploy console.

If the service cannot start, or you cannot reach the health URL; please contact Support. Please include the following logs with your ticket.
Console Logs:
C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\SDApiService.log
C:\SmartDeploy\Logs\SDConsole.log
If your images are stored on a drive other than C: please send the logs from that SmartDeploy folder instead.
