Download a Platform Pack

Download a Platform Pack from the SmartDeploy Library

1. From the Activities workspace of the SmartDeploy Console, click Reimage Devices, and then click Download Platform Packs.
    
2. Type the manufacturer or model of the target devices for your deployments and press Enter. 
3. Select the desired Platform Pack, click Download, and then click OK.
   Note: If you don't see the Platform Pack that you're looking for, you may need to submit a Platform Pack Request.
    
4. Click Close when you've finished browsing Platform Packs.
5. Click Platform Packs in the left pane to view your downloaded Platform Packs. 

This process will save the Platform Packs to C:\SmartDeploy\Platform Packs.
