SmartDeploy is free to download, install, and use for 15 days. During this trial period, you can use SmartDeploy to create and update images, Platform Packs, and deployment media and to deploy to target devices. All the work that you do during your trial period is yours to keep. When you purchase SmartDeploy, you can pick up where you left off with your trial. We recommend that you re-create your boot media by using the Media Wizard.

What if I need more time to evaluate SmartDeploy?
You can extend the 15-day trial period one time by contacting your Account Manager or sending an email to sales@smartdeploy.com. If you've reached deployment limits during your trial, contact sales to add more deployments. -
Once I’ve purchased, how do I activate SmartDeploy?
Upon purchase, your account will be activated. You can use your login information on other installations of SmartDeploy throughout your organization. -
Will activation authorize any boot or deployment media that I already created?
No. If you created boot or deployment media with the trial, you'll need to rerun the wizard to remove an expiration from it. All other work that you've done will still be valid. -
How are SmartDeploy subscriptions priced?

What happens to devices imaged during a trial after it expires?
Devices imaged during your SmartDeploy trial will continue to function normally after the trial expires. There are no negative impacts on the devices themselves.
